Top Bunk Games LLC makes games for young children. Our games don't collect personal information. This page explains what that means in practice.
What our games collect
Nothing. Our games have no accounts or sign-ins, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party software kits, and they don't talk to any server of ours. They work without an internet connection. Game progress is saved on your device and goes nowhere else.
Purchases
You buy our games through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the payment under its own privacy policy. We never see your name, your card, or any payment details.
Children
Our games are designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and our games have no way to send us any. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by other means, for example by email, contact us and we'll delete it.
If you email us
If you write to hello@topbunkgames.com, we keep your message only as long as we need it to reply. We don't add your address to any list and we don't share it.
This website
This site is a few static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. A change that affects how a game works will also appear in that game's App Store or Google Play listing.
