Common questions
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the store you bought from, so refunds are too. For the App Store, use Apple's Report a Problem page. For Google Play, use the Google Play refund page. If you get stuck, email us and we'll point you the right way.
Do the games need an internet connection?
No. They work completely offline, which makes them good for the car and the plane.
Do they have ads or in-app purchases?
No. Each game is one price and that's the whole game.
Can my whole family use one purchase?
Yes. Our games support Family Sharing, so one purchase works on every device in your family group.
What ages are the games for?
They're designed for ages 4 and up. There's no reading required and nothing to lose.
